📋 BEFORE YOU BOOK — WADEHO HOUSE | ENTIRE HOME Wadeho House is an art-inspired home designed to provide a comfortable, peaceful, and unique stay in Fort Lauderdale. Your reservation includes private and exclusive access to the entire main house. Please review the following important information before booking: • Your reservation includes all three themed bedrooms: Bauhaus, Boho, and Andy Warhol. • The number of guests must match the reservation. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • The Bauhaus Room features a king-size bed, private full bathroom, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, and cinema-style projector. • The Boho and Andy Warhol Rooms each feature a queen-size bed, TV, and dedicated workspace, and share a full bathroom. • Guests have exclusive access to the main house’s living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, office/workspace, and home gym. • The backyard is available for relaxing, outdoor exercise, stretching, or yoga and also features a BBQ grill and fire pit for guests to enjoy. • The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, air fryer, and other available appliances. • Laundry facilities are available upon request only. • Private parking is available within the property’s semicircular driveway. Street parking is not permitted. • Parties, gatherings, events, smoking, and illegal drugs are prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Please respect our neighbors and any guests staying in the separate Art Deco Efficiency. • Keep the home, bathrooms, kitchen, backyard, and all other areas clean and organized. • Treat all furniture, decorations, appliances, equipment, BBQ grill, fire pit, and amenities with care. • Large speakers and amplified music are not permitted. • If you need assistance during your stay, we’ll be happy to help. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — ART DECO EFFICIENCY The Art Deco Efficiency is a completely independent unit located on the property, with its own private entrance and separate access. The Art Deco Efficiency is NOT included in your Entire Home reservation and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Guests staying in the Art Deco Efficiency do not have access to the interior of the main house. Please respect their privacy and keep their independent entrance and access areas clear at all times. Our goal is to provide every guest with a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ RULE VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES To maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for our guests, neighbors, and the property, violations of the House Rules may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of the reservation, subject to applicable platform policies. 🚫 PARTIES, GATHERINGS & EVENTS Parties, gatherings, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Any evidence of a party, gathering, or event may result in: • A $1,000 penalty fee • Immediate termination of the reservation • Removal from the property without a refund 🚭 NO-SMOKING POLICY Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the entire main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, office, gym, and other indoor areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vapes, hookah, and marijuana. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in: • A $750 smoke-remediation and deep-cleaning fee • Immediate termination of the reservation • Removal from the property without a refund 🔇 NOISE COMPLAINTS Excessive noise, loud music, and any behavior that disturbs our neighbors or guests staying in the separate Art Deco Efficiency are prohibited. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be respected at all times. Violations may result in additional charges, termination of the reservation, and removal from the property without a refund. 👥 UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS & VISITORS Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior authorization from the host. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in: • A $250 penalty fee • Immediate termination of the reservation • Removal from the property without a refund 🔥 BBQ GRILL & FIRE PIT The BBQ grill and fire pit are provided for registered guests to enjoy responsibly. • Never leave the BBQ grill or fire pit unattended while in use. • Keep children supervised around fire and hot surfaces at all times. • Fully extinguish the fire after each use. • Do not move the BBQ grill or fire pit from their designated locations. • Please leave both areas clean and organized after use.
